SHOT BLASTING
Operation of cleaning or preparing a surface by forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against it, thereby removing all contaminants such as rust
SHOT BLASTING & PRIMING
We provide professional shot blasting and holding primer painting services to clean, prepare and protect steel surfaces.
Steel shot blasting is a highly effective process for removing surface contaminants and improving the finish of steel. The round shape of the steel shot creates a peening action, producing a clean, smooth and polished surface ready for further treatment.
Our holding primer painting service applies a protective preparatory coating, primarily to structural steel sections, prior to final painting. This helps improve paint adhesion, increase durability and provide additional protection to the steel. A choice of red or grey primer is available in most cases
